Director
Jason migrated to Australia from Ireland over a decade ago, and brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jason is a seasoned professional with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Jason started his career as a general builder, honing his skills and developing a deep understanding of the construction process. After several years in the field, he decided to move into project management, and quickly became known for his ability to estimate jobs accurately and manage projects effectively.
Jason has extensive experience in managing logistics and coordinating teams in challenging remote environments, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
As Director of JRC Civils, Jason is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, from tendering to project handover. He leads a team of skilled professionals, ensuring that each project is executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Richard Clancy
Construction Manager
Richard is a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager. Originally from Ireland, Richard moved to Australia over a decade ago, where he quickly established himself as a trusted and reliable figure in the local construction industry.
After working as a general builder in Ireland, Richard moved into construction management, overseeing projects of all sizes and complexities. His experience in this role gave him a deep understanding of the construction process, as well as the skills needed to manage teams effectively and deliver outstanding results for his clients.
Throughout his career, Richard has gained a reputation for his professionalism, his commitment to quality, and his ability to deliver projects on time and on budget. He is a skilled communicator and a natural leader, able to motivate his team and build strong relationships with his clients.
Today, using his years of experience and his passion for construction he continues to drive innovation and growth in the industry as a Construction Manager for JRC Civils.

Having worked in high-paced corporate environments for over 15 years honing his leadership skills and strategic acumen, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to JRC Civils.
As General Manager, Matt is dedicated to leading the team towards excellence, utilising his expertise to navigate challenges and capitalise on opportunities within the civil engineering sector. His commitment to innovation and continuous improvement ensures that JRC Civils remains at the forefront of the industry.
